Jammu, June 11: Congress Block General Secretary Girdhari Lal criticized the CAPD department for alleged discrimination done by department while preparing new ration card.
According to press release, people of Bahu Fort Jammu under the leadership of Congress Block Gen. Secy. Girdhari Lal protested against the CAPD department. "Department is not preparing the ration cards in accordance to the financial position as well as per the guidelines", he said, adding, it is learnt from the deserving people that the officials of the CAPD Department have prepared the ration card at their own. Most of the people have shown their ration card whom the ration card was issued under NPHH whereas they came under PHH category and on the other hands the officials have issued PHH card to those who are govt. servant. He urged that the Govt. should provide the ration 35 kg per family. He told that the Food Security Act is totally flopped in real sense. |
