Jammu, June 11: Atyachar Brashtachar Mukti Sangathan (ABMS) - a social organization on Saturday distributed clothes, utensils, bedding and some cash amount to fire affected victims of Mangri Dharlta, Billaware.
According to press release, a function was held at Panchayat Dharlta under the leader ship of its Pankaj Basotra.
While speaking to fire affected victims, Basotra said that for the last one week people are suffering but still administration is watching like a mute spectator and administration is seeking clarification from them whether they are BPL or not to provide them any help for their rehabilitation which is very unfortunate on the part of administration.
The organization while giving ultimatum to the administration warned them to provide rehabilitation assistance to the affected families as early as possible from disaster management, otherwise they will stage protest demonstration against the government.
Other who were present and spoke on the occasion include Sarpanch, Jagdev Singh, Chairman of ABMS, Mohinder Singh Mankotia and President of the organization, Ashwani Khajuria. |
