Jammu, June 11: Shamshan Ghat Development Committee Bahu Fort Jammu today lambasted MLA Er Abdul Rashid for opposing PSA on Shabir Ahmed Shah.
The activists of various organizations under leadership of Sham Lal Basan were gathered at Bahu and shouted slogan against the MLA.
"Er Ab Rashid is defending a land grabber", said Basan adding that Shabir Ahmed Shah had encroached upon government land and has been booked under more the one dozen FIRs.
"He has been the source of doing all sorts of fraudulent deeds for which he has been booked numbers of times", Shah had encroached five Kanal land situated near southern end of Tawi Bridge with the help of a power attorney.
"The power of attorney was signed fraudulently by Shabir on the name of Ashwani Gupta", he said, adding that but Ashwani Gupta had given in written that he has not signed any attorney.
"It is very astonishing that JDA department has still slept over the matter and hesitating to remove shuttering material managed by Shabir Ahmed Shah and his associates", he added.
Basan was accompanied by representatives of various organizations. |
