| JAMMU, June 12: Police recovered the body of a one-day-old baby boy near Masjid Mohalla in Panchayat Baran of block Bhalwal on Saturday. According to Rakesh Kumar SHO Gharota, local residents informed the police that a one-day-old baby was spotted in the bushes. On reaching the spot police found that the body of the baby, bitten on several body parts by dogs. "The body had been badly mutilitaed by the dogs," a police official said. The body has been shifted to the GMC Hospital mortuary. Police have registered a case under section 318 RPC and started investigating the matter. |
