Early Times Report Poonch, June 11: Hitting at ruling coalition partners for giving a deaf ear to the public issues, National Conference today said that public cry of people from Rajouri and Poonch failed to find its place on the house of floor in the ongoing assembly session. Talking to media person after a workers meeting, Youth NC Provincial President Ajaz Jan said that public of twin border districts of Rajouri and Poonch is reeling under the crisis of basic amenities and there is urgent need to solve burning issues of public. "Condition of main roads of Rajouri and Poonch is severely dilapidated but government is unmoved to it", Jan said adding that hundreds of contractors are waiting to get their bills cleared for flood restoration works especially under Irrigation and Flood Control and Public Health Engineering Department. "Clearance of bills of contractors is an important issue as they played an important role in restoration after floods" he said adding that for the first time in past many years sugar is not available on government ration stores which exposes poor state of affairs of PDP-BJP government. Earlier YNC Provincial President Ajaz Jan chaired the meeting of party senior leaders and discussed several issues for strengthening party from grass root level. NC leaders were also asked to act as a mean of help for the people when government is missing on ground.
