Health officials least bother about JKSGA | | | Early Times Report
Rajouri, June 14: Despite strict orders to implement J&K Public Service Guarantee Act and Deputy Commissioner Rajouri order number DCR/GS/1080-1171/dt 13/5/15, it has been observed that the Medical Superintendent district hospital and Block Medical Officers (BMOs) in Rajouri district are least bothered about the direction issued to them in this connection. Taking serious note of negligence on part of these officials, Chief Medical Officer (CMO) officiating has instructed all the concerned officials to adhere to the guidelines issued by the State government and send their reports on monthly basis without any further delay in this matter. "Any linearity in this matter would be considered non-adhering to the orders and the concerned official shall be responsible for any action from the higher authorities" said CMO. CMO (officiating) vide his office order No.CMO/Adm /R /2016-17 dt 11/6/16 has also instructed the concerned officials to prepare the data of services provided by them under their jurisdictions including details of issuing of certificates for disability, medical illness, medical fitness, postmortem reports and also to maintain records for these services for the inspections by the Grievances Cell officials. |
