Bhandari appointed as General Secretary Sewa Dal 6/23/2016 12:05:54 AM Early Times Report Kishtwar, June 22: Ravi Kumar Shan District Chief Sewa Dal Congress Kishtwar appointed Babi Bhandari as General Secretary Sewa Dal Congress unit. According to press release, a meeting was held under the chairpersonship of Ravi Kumar Shan Sewa Dal Congress District Chief where Mohinder Singh Parihar Senior Congress leader Kishtwar was the Chief Guest which was held at Kishtwar where Babi Bhandari was unanimously nominated as General Secretary District Sewa Dal Congress. All hoped that Bhandari would work with full dedication so that Sewa Dal is strengthened at gross root level.
