Early Times Report Jammu, June 23: At least 14 people, including women, were injured in separate road mishaps at different places here today. At least 10 persons sustained injuries after a Jammu-Reasi route bus (JK02AC/2195) met with an accident near army headquarters, Nagrota, at about 8.10 am. The injured were identified as Nanka Devi (50), wife of Pyar Singh, Rani Devi (45), wife of Chidua, both residents of Reasi, Ram Lal (52), son of Prem Chand of Akhnoor, Pritam Lal (45), son of Bula Ram of Bhore Camp, Khursheed Khan (38), son of Ghulam Hussain of Poonch, Roshan Din (42), son of Ahda of Reasi, his wife Gulshama Begum (40), Vishal Manhas (24), son of Davinder Singh of Toph Sherkhania, Sanjeevan Kumar (22), son of Prem Singh of Doda, and Dharminder Singh (17), son of Jagdish Raj of Doda. The injured were admitted to the GMCH here. Nagrota police had registered a case in this connection. In a Swift car-tractor collision at Sidhra at about 4 pm, three persons sustained injuries. They were identified as Sarabjaan Singh (20), son of Harjeet Singh of Gho Manhasa, Amit Sangra (19), son of Baldev of Dei Chack, and Sahil Digra (19), son of Sardari Lal of Gole Gujral. A case in this connection was registered at Sidhra police post under sections 337 and 279 of RPC. Mohammad Khushnod was injured in a truck (JK14D/9464) accident near Thard, Udhampur. He was admitted to the district hospital, Udhampur, and later referred to the GMCH here. |
