Five injured in separate road mishaps 7/1/2016 11:06:37 PM Jammu, July 1: Five persons including a couple today sustained injuries in separate incidents at different places in Jammu region. Police said that a couple sustained injuries when the car they were travelling in collided with a truck near Thandi Khui in Vijaypur. The injured have been identified as Kuldeep Singh (60) son of Rattan Singh his wife Rekha Devi both residents of Jammu. They were shifted to Government Medical College and Hospital (GMC&H) for treatment. Meanwhile, a 22 year-old youth identified as Sikinder son of Harilal of Uttar Pradesh presently staying at Akhnoor was shifted to GMC&H Jammu after being hit by a motorcycle at Akhnoor. Police said that a youth received injuries at Udhaywala area after the motorcycle he was riding on collided with a pole. The injured has been identified as Mukesh son Garu Ram of Chatta he was shifted to GMC&H for treatmnet. In Udhampur area, a 32 year-old person received injuries when the motorcycle he was riding on skidded off the road. The injured has been identified as Mohan Lal son of Paras Ram of Udhampur.
