JAMMU, July 1: The Jammu and Kashmir Batwal Welfare Association held a meeting here, today wherein all its members pledged to work for the Batwal Community's unity and also, to do everything to avoid a split in their principled Association. "Without unity in the community, everything becomes impossible, said RL Kaith and adding they remain deeply indebted to Sat Paul Lakhotra for his continued dynamic leadership and commitment to the Association and for his relentless efforts at achieving the Association's goals", said the Association members while speaking during the course of meeting. Association members resolved to start membership of the Association from August 1, 2016. Earlier, the Association members expressed their deep shock and grief over thesad, sudden and untimely deaths of their colleagues Surinder Kumar Kaith resident of Domana and Mohinder Raj Chanjotra resident of Narwal Pain. All present observed a two minute silence as a mark of respect to their souls. Association members included Capt. Kamal Chand Motan, Capt. Om ParkashTugga, Sub. Maj. Gunni Ram Kaith, Sub. Maj. KrishanLal, Sub. Hans Raj Kaith, Naib Sub. Mast Ram Kaith, Hav. Des Raj Kaith, Hav. Uttam Chand Sandhu, Mela Ram Tugga, Kamal Singh Kaith, Om ParkashSargotra, ChamanLal Kaith, Tara Chand Motan and Sham Lal Lakhotra. |
