Proper circulation of info demanded 7/21/2016 10:34:33 PM Early Times Report Kathua, July 21: While the Director School Education has ordered for opening of schools in winter zone but teaching staff could not reach on duty in winter zone especially in Bani due to unavailability of information. This aptly shows that the order was not circulated properly. People hailing from Bani tehsil today staged short protest and condemned the education system for not approaching the teaching staff on vacation. They said the order must be circulated properly so that the teaching staff can attend the students who reached schools after walking several miles on foot.
