PDP expresses resentment against NC's boycott from all party meeting | | | Early Times Report Kathua, July 21: Hundreds of People Democratic Party's workers' led by Surinder Singh District president PDP Kathua unit today came on road and expressed resentment against National Conference and condemned boycott announced by Omar Abdullha from all party meeting called by Chief Minister Mehbooba Mufti to find out the remedial of fortnight long unrest in Kashmir. PDP leaders burnt effigy of National Conference party and followed with massive protest demonstration, blockage of National Highway against other forces hell bent on destroying peace and harmony in Kashmir and helping fanning current unrest in Valley. While addressing to protesters, Surinder Singh said The boycott from all Party meeting by NC clearly shows the real intentions of the political party and added that the party with the aim to urge youths to create unrest in the valley must leave the party. He said NC plays divisive policy as its real face had exposed in 1989 too when Kashmiris were to migrate from their mother sole. Singh Boycott from a meeting that would bring solution of unrest has exposed the dual face of National Conference. He appealed all to come on one platform for development, peace and harmony in the state. |
