Jammu, July 21: Department of Youth Services and Sports District Samba organized Inter School Zonal Level Cricket Tournament at Samba Stadium.
All the participants of five zones participated in the tournament, the Tournament was organized under the overall supervision of the District Officer Subash Chander Bhardwaj. MLA Samba Dr. D K Manyal was the chief Guest of the occasion and SSP Samba Joginder Singh was the guest of the honour.
Giving details of the Tournament DYSSO Samba explained that we have organized matches on Inter-School Level and then choosing the best players now organized Zonal Level Tournament and after this the players will be chosen for district level tournament.
In this Zonal Level Tournament five zones of district yesterday played each other and today thw final match is to be played.
The dignitaries' present occasion was Rakesh Verma, BD Sharma, Vijay Singh Slathia, Pardeep Singh and Raghubir Singh all are Zonal Physical Education Officers, Dr. Digvijay Khajuria, Dr. Gini Bala, Pharmacist Chetan Sharma and FMPHW Rini Devi. |
