Alleged rapist evades arrest 7/21/2016 11:08:12 PM Early Times Report Jammu, July 21: The accused who allegedly raped a minor girl of a labourer family on July 16 is still at large while massive manhunt is on to nab him. Police sources said, "The alleged 'rape' incident came to light after mother of a nine year-old girl approached the Channi Police and lodged a complaint alleging therein that her daughter has been raped by a watchman of under construction private flats near Street Apartments at Channi Himmat. Police sources said, "Following the written complaint a case under section 376 of RPC has been registered at Channi Himmat Police station while the alleged rapist managed to escape from the spot.
