SEECC-A for transfers as per new transfer policy in education sector | | | Early Times Report Jammu, Aug 2: School Education Employees Coordination Committee Association (SEECC-A) held under the Chairmanship of Amar Nath Thakur State Chairman and Maheshwar Prasad State Sr Vice Chairman of SEECC (A) in which threadbare discussions were held over transfer policy in higher education. A large number of Lecturers, Headmasters, Masters and Teachers were present in the meeting. The participants demanded that the transfers of overstayed Masters/ Lecturers who have applied in the recent transfer melas held in all Districts of summer Zone may be transferred as per new transfer policy. They also appealed the Education Minister, Commissioner Secretary and Director School Education Jammu to adjust the Lecturers, Masters and Teachers as per New Transfer policy norms maintaining the Transparency in transfers. Other demands discussed in the meeting included to clear the list of Masters promoted in Feb 2014 of all those promotees who have acquired their B.Ed and PG Degrees from Jammu and Kashmir Universities on the Regular Basis, to regularize all the in-charge officers/ Lecturers of the Education Department as per SRO 481 Education of 2010 and directions of Supreme Court. During the meeting Satish Dutta State General Secretary expressed great concern for not releasing the salary grants of RET/RRT/Head Teachers/ NPS Teachers working in the department for the last 4 to 6 months. Rahul Singh Provincial President SEECC Jammu also spoke on the occasion. Among those present in the meeting were Kuldeep Singh (PEM), Yog Raj Singh (Lect) and Ashwani Sharma (Lect), Sardar Puran Singh, Rattan Chand Basotra, Des Raj (HM), Angrez Chand and others. |
