Srinagar, Aug 2: Adequate arrangements to download admit cards have been put in place at NIC centers in all district headquarters to facilitate candidates who are appearing for IAS (Preliminary) Examination to be conducted on August 7, 2016 in Kashmir, where situation continues to remain tense in view of clashes that has left 53 people dead since July 9. Meanwhile, admit cards will be treated as curfew pass on the day of examination, in case of curfew. An official spokesperson here today said that the Divisional Commissioner, Kashmir has said that authorities have made elaborate arrangements for downloading of admit cards of candidates who are appearing for IAS (Preliminary) Examination to be conducted by Union Public Service Commission (UPSC). He said the candidates should approach offices of NICs for accessing internet service to download their admit cards. Meanwhile, according to Deputy Commissioner Srinagar, the Admit cards of the candidates appearing in IAS (Preliminary) Examination shall be treated as curfew pass on the day of examination, in case of curfew. He said according to Deputy Commissioner, Pulwama, Muneer-ul-Islam all the candidates of Pulwama District who are appearing in IAS examination can download their admit crads at NIC office at DC Office Complex Pulwama and CIC Tral.
