Early Times Report jammu, Aug 2: Expressing concerns over the anti national sentiments growing in valley, the Member J&K Sports Council & J&K Transport Advisory Committee Rahil Gupta has asked the BJP Ministers to hoist the National Flag on the Independence day at Lal Chowk in Srinagar. In a press statement issued here today Rahil Gupta said "Kashmir is passing through a phase of disturbances from last twenty five days as the separatist forces are trying to create disturbances in Kashmir." "The separatists are throwing challenges to the sovereignty of India, he said, adding, "the Separatists are now going on with Graffiti and using terms like 'India Go Back , We want freedom from India , We want Azadi ' etc." Rahil said " BJP Ministers who have been vocal on National love, have suddenly gone into a shell in J&K. Separatists are playing an open game with the Integrity of India and BJP Minister's from J&K are shying away from making statements and giving strong replies to Separatists." Rahil added "BJYM National President Anurag Thakur started Rashtriya Ekta Yatra from Kolkata to hoist the National Flag on 26th January 2011, but was not allowed to enter J&K and BJP State leaders criticized Omar Abdullah led state Government. "Now in power in J&K, BJP Ministers should take the honour of hoisting the National Flag at Lal Chowk in Srinagar and show to the world that Kashmir is integral part of India, he added." |
