Early Times Report
Jammu , Aug 6

Even as former Deputy Chief Minister Tara Chand has managed to get some supporters notwithstanding his being sidelined within the dissident camp, a clear division has emerged in the group thus triggering factionalism within the faction. The new development has created a state of confusion in the dissident camp where the members are not in a position to trust each other for chalking out their further course of action to get the target
achieved.
Owing to this mistrust and confusion, purposed meeting of the dissident group, which was scheduled to be held tomorrow at 11 a.m in a banquet hall somewhere near Kunjwani, was postponed today.
As the meeting was planned by Tara Chand, sources said that MLC Jugal Kishore and several others refused to attend the same following which the purposed event was announced postponed. According to the sources, Jugal Kishore, R S Chib, Hari Singh, Amolak Singh, Arun Sharma, Ashok Sharma of Kalakote and others conveyed today that they would not be attending the purposed meeting of the camp because of Tara Chang being the main organizer though invitation for the event was extended by Manohar Lal Sharma.
Even as Manohar Lal sought to convenience all the members, particularly Jugal Kishore to attend the meeting for unity of the camp, sources said that no success could be achieved with the result that the scheduled event was finally postponed without any fresh date
for the same.
Sources said that postponement of the purposed meeting because of denial of the group members for participation has come as another shocker for Tara Chand, who was trying his best to remain in the Azad camp and keep Sharma brothers ( Madan Lal Sharma and Sham Lal Sharma) away from the super boss ( Ghulam Nabi Azad).
As already reported by the Early Times, Mr Azad had recently refused to meet Tara Chand at New Delhi besides signaling that Sham Lal Sharma was in his good books.
