8/10/2016 8:56:37 PM
Early Times Report

Kathua, Aug 10: At Kidzee today, the staff and students celebrated Rainy Day, the children had brought rain coats and umbrellas from home much before and were eagerly waiting to celebrate Rainy Day. Concept like creatures and insects that come out in rain, clothing that we use during rainy seasons, accessories that we use in rain were blended along with free play in rain.
The children looked glamorous and cool in their colorful raincoats holding a rainbow of umbrellas. They sang and danced on various rhymes. A concept like rain when just confined to class makes it boring and monotonous but when taught in open and celebrated as rainy day with lots of fun and frolic makes it special and memorable. Mili R. Sumbria (Principal) encouraged the children ensuring their safety and told them the significance of rain, different types of seasons and how essential is rain for our environment. The principal appreciated the efforts of the staff and encouraged them to celebrate such events by virtue of which learning can be blended with fun loving activities
