Early Times Report

Jammu Aug 10: Kashmiri Pandit Conference (KPC) today welcomed and appreciated the statement of Narender Modi, the Prime of India over Kashmir in which he has clearly indicated that there would not be any talks with separatists or anything outside the Indian constitution. At the same time KPC leaders expressed dismay for playing soft on separatists and separatist ideologies by State Chief Minister Mehabooba Mufti.
KPC Chief Kundan Kashmiri in a press statement issued from New Delhi stated that the manner PM has pegged the Kashmir unrest on the development is quite clear that Govt of India will not go much into the political nuance of the problem and will remain committed over development of the state.
At the same time Kundan Kashmiri expressed his dismay for playing soft on separatists and separatist ideologies by State Chief Minister Mehbooba Mufti and showing reluctance for action against separatists, radicalists, Pak agents and stone pelters in the valley.
KPC leaders has also shown her resentment over Ms Mufti's statement for demand of healing touch only for Kashmiri's who have allegedly suffered only from the last 27 days but unfortunately she forgotten the KP community for the said healing touch which is in exile from last 27 years and had suffered at the large extend previously as well as in present unrest in the valley.
KPC Chief Kundan Kashmiri said it is an irony that Mehabooba Mufti appealed Prime Minister of India Modi Ji to reach out to the people of Kashmir to mitigate their problems and demands but unfortunately herself forgotten to reach out KP's. KPC demanded that action against separatists, radicalists, Pak agents and stone pelters, who are continuously fueling the unrest in the Kashmir and healing touch to KP community.
Among other members KPC who expressed similar views Sr vice president KPC Tej Pandita, Vice president ML Raina, vice President M N Raina, General secretary Dr H L Saraf, Org Secy Susheel Bhat, youth leaders namely R Razdan, S L Zuthsi and Surrender Bhat.
