Protest against delay in CC 9/6/2016 11:14:50 PM Early Times Report Rajouri, Sept 6: A large number of youth from the remote area of Rajouri held a strong protest demonstration outside the police station Rajouri regarding the denial and delaying of making Character Certificate (CC) by the concerned officials of Police. During the protest youth chanted slogans against the police officials also blocked the road.
