Police supported Mafia working unabatedly | | | Early Times Report
Poonch, Sept 6 : Although traffic authorities and police are set to quell on law breakers, but in real the authorities are only taking monthly entries from law breakers in Poonch. According to the sources many tractor mafias had taking loans through different agencies and bought tractors for agricultural purpose and have use illegally trollies back side the tractors and do trade of sand, bajri and also cracks the roads in city and hilly areas. Sanjay Sharma, Amar Kapoor, Ravi Sharma, Rajan Sharma and many other locals residence of ward number 3 of Poonch town alleged Poonch police that in front of the VIP colony "police line" where all police officials stay during unofficial time and look all the activities of tractor mafias. They expressed anguish over incompetence of police officers especially those officers who stay there and traffic police who only believe on monthly entries and leave mafias free to break laws. They said mafias have overwhelmed the all pipe lines and roads. They said government is using claims to provide neat and clean road connectivity to the common masses, but out of control mafias have shattered the all the assertions of the government and police authorities. They requested to Director General of Police K Rajindra, Inspector General of Traffic Police Jammu and chief minister Mehbooba Mufti to intervene the matter personally and investigate the matter deeply and take strong action against involved officials. |
