26 school buses challaned by MVD Kathua 9/6/2016 11:15:35 PM Early Times Report KATHUA, Sept 6 - Enforcement Team of Motor Vehicle Department Kathua has chllaned 26 school buses for violating various provisions of MV Act 1988. These school buses were found plying without fitness certificates, driving licence and other relevant documents. Out of 26 school buses 13 were booked for the offence of overloading and 4 buses were seized plying without documents. RTO Kathua Amarjeet Singh advised the operators not to indulge in the practice of overloading and to ply their school buses on roads with all relevant documents as per the Supreme Court guidelines failing which their permits shall be suspended.   Share This News with Your Friends on Social Network     Comment on this Story
