JKReT demand release of pending salaries

Ramban, Nov 6: Jammu and Kashmir Rebhar-e-Taleem Forum district unit Ramban organised a meeting under the Chairman ship of its district president Farooq Ahmed Runyal. During the meeting different issues including pending salary of teachers were discussed in the meeting.
All the zonal presidents and executive members of the fourm were present in the meeting. The speakers said in the meeting that their salaries are withheld from past more than four months, and despite of tall claims of government their salary is still not streamlined.
They demanded immediate release of their salaries , and also demanded that the transfer policy for regulized RET teachers should be implemented as per the high court order.
They also demanded the stop of harassment of RET teachers in the name of Screening test, Inclusion of Five Years Service benefit by implementing Govt. Order No.469.5.S R O 43 benefit to RET Teachers.
They furthermore demanded enhancement of salary of un regularized RET Teachers from Rs. 3,000 to 10,000 and also release of pending liabilities of MDM up to October 2016,release of pending DA arrears of Nearly Regularised RET Teachers,revoke of ban on Examination duties of RET Teachers. Others who spoke in the meeting were Mushtaq Malik, Mohd Maroof, Preetam Singh,Surjeet Singh, Farooq Wani,Bahar Mir, Kerpal Sumbria, Firdoos Katoch, Ajeet Singh, Zahir Ahmed, Mohd Muzamal, Sewa Singh, Hafiz ur Rehman, Sharief Ahmed, Ajeet Katerwal, Farooq Rashid, Ishtaq Ahmed, Mohit Kumar, Haresh Singh, Irshad Daing and Jewan Kumar.
