Villagers protest against PDD 11/7/2016 11:07:01 PM Early Times Report Jammu, Nov 7: Angry villagers of Dhara, tehsil Thanamandi today staged a protest against PDD for their alleged failure to provide electricity to the villages. According to press release the protesting villagers assembled in the office premises of department and raised slogans against the department. While expressing resentment, the protesters said that about three years back a transformer of 25 KV was installed at Niali village under RGGY but the department paid no attention to make it functional. Mohd Ayub, Shsmsheer Hussain while expressing anguish said that due to careless attitude of power department they have to face lot of hardships. Student community is the worst sufferers due to this pathetic attitude.
