| Coalition government mishandled Kashmir unrest: Cong | | | Early Times Report
Rajouri, Nov 7: After conducting extensive tour to remote Rajouri, a team of Darhal Congress leaders led by senior leader Mohd Iqbal Malik termed the present government as failure on all the fronts and added that present coalition has mishandled Kashmir unrest while State is passing through extreme uncertainty during this regime.
Addressing the Congress workers and activists at Kotranka, the Congress leader leveled serious allegations / charges against the coalition government including its failure to handle the Kashmir turmoil.
"Un-experienced leadership of the coalition government has mishandled the Kashmir situation for the last four months, he said, adding, "on the other hand present government has also failed to take up developmental works in the backward and undeveloped areas of the State.".
Meanwhile Basharat Rather, Youth Congress General Secretary, Darhal alleged that that PMUY has proved an utter failure in this constituency as the actual beneficiaries don't appear in the lists and blue eyed have been added on fake identities in nexus with revenue officials.
He alleged that ex-chief Minister Mufti Mohd Sayeed's had announcement Budhal will be linked with Shopian in Kashmir but it still has been proved to be a hollow promise till today. |
