Kathua Nov 7: On the instructions of Deputy Commissioner, Kathua Ramesh Kumar, the Additional Deputy Commissioner, Kathua, Dr. Bharat Bhushan today conducted surprise inspection of offices located in Kathua.
Dr. Bharat Bhushan, ADC accompanied with District Information Officer , Angrez Singh and Tehsildar Kathua , Avtar Singh Jasrotia conducted surprise inspection of twenty four offices located in Mini Secretariat Complex and in the Kathua Town and found several officers and officials absent.
The officers and officials found absent included Executive Engineer, Rural Engineering Wing of Rural Development Department, Deputy Registrar Cooperative Societies, Vinod Lalotra, Jr. Asstt, Cooperatives, Sh. Baldev Raj Sharma TSO, Roop Lal Acctt, Hem Lata Sr. Asstt, Smt. Sushma Devi Sr. Asstt, Deepak Sharma Jr. Asstt and Shova Devi Class IV all of CAPD Department, Kathua, Gulshan Kumar, Naib Tehsildar, Darshan Lal, Naib Tehsildar, Rajinder Kumar Girdawar, Ram Paul, Girdawar and Rimple Khajuria, Chowkidar all of Collector RTIC Office, Kathua, XEn RTIC Mech Divn, Kathua, XEn RCC Upper Division, Kathua, Kulbir Singh, Jr. Asstt, Amit Khajuria Jr. Asstt , Arpana Sharma ,Draftman, Anita Kumari, Draftman, Naresh Kumar, Draftman and Amit Sharma, Draftman all of RCC Upper Division Kathua, XEn Irrigation Division, Kathua and Dev Dutt Verma Sr., Assistant of Irrigation Division, Kathua were absent. it is pertinant to mention that XEn Irrigation Division, Kathua, To to XEn Irrigation Division, Kathua and Aee irrigation sub division kathua mostly remains absent from their offices. Et news paper have already published the matter but no action was taken aganist the absent officials.
Today's surprise checking of the offices was a step to check absenteeism and ensure responsive administration as the reports of officials absenteeism have been pouring in Deputy commissioner's Office for the past quite some time. The District Administration is contemplating strict action against delinquent officers/officials. |
