Koul awarded PhD 11/9/2016 10:01:21 PM Early Times Report Jammu, Nov 9: Mahesh Koul, s/o B L Koul , Jammu has been awarded Doctor of Philosophy,(PhD) by University of Jammu, Jammu in the Faculty of Business Studies. His research topic was "Marketing Strategies for Promoting Heritage Tourism in Jammu Region".
