HC declares holiday on Guru Nanak's birthday 11/9/2016 11:03:09 PM Early Times Report Jammu, Nov 9: The state high court has declared holiday on the eve of Shri Guru Nanak Dev ji's birthday on November 14. An order to this effect was issued by high court Registrar General Ashok Koul. The order said that November 14 would be observed as holiday on the eve account of Shri Guru Nanak Dev ji's birthday.
