Dr. KC Sharma gets International surgical champions award 11/10/2016 10:37:05 PM Early Times Report Jammu, Nov 10: Dr. K C Sharma Surgeon from Udhampur has been awarded by WHO- Lancet Commission on Global Surgery with "Surgical Champions Award" at a special function held at Kullu in 24th ARSI Annual Conference. The award consists of Rs. one Lakh, citation plaque, shawl and a cap. According to press release, Dr. K C Sharma being first speaker presented as well as exhibited more than 40 of his innovative works which were on display in a special exhibition. Dr. K C Sharma who is a social worker in addition to renowned surgeon and who has rendered voluntary services from Ladakh to Lakhanpur and Poonch to Doda in the state, and awardee in the field of "health care and development of rural areas 2005" followed by "National Innovation Award" by Govt. of India March 2016 now gets this International recognition as well.   Share This News with Your Friends on Social Network     Comment on this Story
