| Five buses gutted in 'Ware House inferno' | | |  Early Times Report
Jammu, Nov 10: Panic gripped in Ware House locality when atleast five passenger buses got gutted in mysterious inferno, this late evening under the jurisdiction of P/P Ware House. Concerned police have registered a case in this regard and started further investigations in this regard.
According to police sources, initially fire reportedly broke out in a parked bus of Chamb route at the Ware House and it later engulfed the four other buses parked besides this ill-fated bus.
"Local immediately informed the police and fire department, which rushed to the spot, the fire tenders immediately impressed into the job, police sources said.
Sources added that Fire fighters acting swiftly doused the flames billowing and restricted the fire from spreading to other vehicles and shops in the area.
However the five buses gutted in this fire incident completely.
Police sources said that the exact reason behind the fire yet has not been ascertained during preliminary investigations.
Meanwhile a case in this connection stands registered at concerned police station while further investigations are on, police sources said. |
