AMOJ hails CM for defending forest rights of Tribal

Jammu, Nov 10:All Muslim Organization Jammu welcomed the statement of Chief Minister of the State defending the forest rights of the Tribal in press conference held under the leadership of Talib Hussain.
Addressing on the occasion, Talib Hussain expressed hope that State Government, Center Government would be protect and said that it was to implement Forest Act, the Indian Environment Act , the SC/ST prevention of atrocities Act and many more alike''
He demanded the compensation for misplaced people by the Department of Forest and the Department of wild life He stressed on the Government to issue an immediate order to stop atrocities of the people. He further said that the department of Forest didn't stop to harassing us. On the very day when Chief Minister of the state issued the statement to stop atrocities and harassment of Tribals , Deptt of forest dismantled hundreds of houses of Tribal in Distt. Rajouri. Thanda Pani,Lamarri ,Channi Parrat Ranji, Bal Shama, Dharmasli , Gai of Tehsil Nowshera , Sunderbani and Kalakote the area also faced a mass illegal destruction by the official of the Department of Forest.
He alleged the Forest Department for sheltering the land grabbers in Tehsil Sunderbani and Nowshera because of their political affiliation. He pointing out the direction of High Court of Jammu which is in favour of Bakerwals of Janipur and Khanpur that don't remove the Tribes until providing appropriate another place. He appealed to the people the state to join hands with us fight against anti Peace prosperity & fraternity policies of the Government.
