Encroachment of College Land: SHRC seeks report 11/10/2016 11:02:43 PM Early Times Report Srinagar, Nov 10: The State Human Rights Commission (SHRC) has sought a report from the Government regarding alleged encroachment of four kanals of land belonging of Government College for Women, Nawakadal, Srinagar. Taking suo-moto cognizance of a report published in a local newspaper in this regard, the Commission has asked Deputy Commissioner Srinagar and Commissioner, Srinagar Municipal Corporation (SMC) to submit a detailed report on the matter within one week.
