Kathua, Dec 16: School Education Employees Coordination Committee SEECC (A) held a meeting under the chairmanship of Amarnath Thakur state chairman to review the regularization process of all in charge cadres of school education department,( lecturers to joint director cadres) .
All the speaker's expressed their dismay and resentment for not regularizing 7000 in charge incumbents, speakers said that department should implement SRO 166 GAD, of 2005, order No 481Edu of 2010 and regularly regularize the in charge incumbents after Six months , they said Chief secretary has also directed all commissioners of all departments also but no action is taken, Speaking on the occasion Amarnath Thakur said that SEECC (A) has been working hard to get the regularization issue solved once for all. Thakur said that education minister has promised that all will be regularized and the process is going on, Thakur also informed that he recently has met education minister, commissioner sec. School education and requested to expedite the process of regularization, minister has issued direction to commissioner in this regard, All the speakers demanded that delegation of SEECC should meet Chief Minister Mehbooba Mufti, Chief Secretary, cabinet ministers in this regard, Thakur said that the issue would be taken with C M and other minister in coming days vigorously, speaking on the occasion Surjit Singh said that all left out cases pending in DPC must be cleared at the earliest ,as some of them have died and mostly retired, speakers also said that all +2 lecturers vacant posts must be filled. |
