DM orders 'magisterial probe' into mysterious death of youth 12/16/2016 11:39:11 PM Early Times Report UDHAMPUR Dec 16: District Magistrate (DM) Udhampur, Neeraj Kumar ordered a magisterial inquiry into the death of one civilian, in Udhampur under mysterious conditions. Police has already initiated under inquest proceedings. According to official spokesperson, DM Udhampur, while hearing that case of Sahil s/o Dwarka Nath R/o Village Kashirah Tehsil and District Udhampur preferred a representation apropos status report from police Station Udhampur in respect of case U/S 174 Cr.PC; The court said, "Whereas, the applicant in his representation has prayed that his brother Abikesh participated in BSF recruitment rally conducted on national Highway from village Rathian to village Malhar and he was found dead and his death has been caused due to mysterious circumstances. "Whereas; the applicant has prayed that the reason behind the death of his brother under mysterious circumstances needs to be probed by contemplating a magisterial enquiry, ' Court added therefore, in view of the circumstances developed above the office of undersigned nominates Baser-ul-Haq (IAS) UT as the Magistrate of the enquiry in the above said case. Spokesperson added that Court further directed to people, of area that he shall be at liberty to conduct the recee of the spot from where the corpse of Abikesh was recovered, Collector of the CD of videography carried out by the BSF, collect all the relevant evidences from the 10 of instant inquest proceedings of Police Station Udhampur and other available corroborations.   Share This News with Your Friends on Social Network     Comment on this Story
