Bootlegger held 12/18/2016 11:05:52 PM Early Times Report Bhaderwah, Dec 18: Bhaderwah police today claimed to have arrested a bootlegger and recovered 36 nips and two bottles of beer from his possession. Police identified the bootlegger as Rajinder Kumar of Seri, Bhalla. Police said that Rajinder Kumar is running a fish shop at Seri and is apprehended by Bhadarwah police along with 36 nips of Desi Excise Liquor and two bottles of beer.
