Fazal Khan Early Times Report Srinagar, Feb 26: Since the day Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) and Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) have announced their decision to enter into an alliance to form the next dispensation in the state National Conference led by Omar Abdullah seems to have gone in hibernation. None of the NC leaders have reacted to the development. Sources told Early Times PDP-BJP giving final touches to the Common Minimum Programme and indicating that new government would be at place soon has "perturbed" the NC leaders as all their efforts to have some say in the government have proved futile. PDP turning down NC's unconditional support offer and BJP not showing any inclination towards NC shattered the "big dreams" of the party leaders who left no stone unturned to somehow either be the part of the government or prevent the government formation. In a report tabled in the Lok Sabha recently, CAG has said that in Jammu & Kashmir, the details of housing shortage were available with the blocks but it was not consolidated at the district level.
