Srinagar, Feb 3: Amid uncertainty over Government Formation in Jammu and Kashmir, there prevails 'chaos and confusion' in the state administration thus affecting its functioning.
The state is under Governor's rule since January 9 following the demise of Mufti Mohammad Sayeed. The PDP and BJP have so far failed to reach a consensus over Government Formation.
However, there is chaos in the state administration in absence of the elected government.
