Peerzada Ummer Early Times Report Srinagar, May 23: The tussle between the two senior ministers of the Bhartiya Janata Party is taking toll on the administration with the sources saying that two BJP ministers lock horns very often. Deputy Chief Minister Dr Nirmal Singh and health minister Lal Singh are not on talking terms with each other. The recent spat between the two dominated the cabinet meet in which major reshuffle in the civil administration was ordered. Both the senior ministers levelled allegations and counter allegations against each other. While their colleagues watched in amusement, the duo accused each other of being ignorant of the ground situation.
