Early Times Report JAMMU, May 25: The vested interests in Kashmir have ganged up to scuttle the ongoing movement for establishment of the proposed AIIMS in Jammu. The Coordination Committee (CC) comprising 70-odd non-political organizations under the leadership of president Jammu & Kashmir High Court Bar association (JKHCBA), Jammu, Abhinav Sharma, is spearheading the movement. The CC has given a bandh call and urged the people of Jammu province to observe a complete bandh on May 27, when Union Home Minister Rajnath Singh visits Jammu to address a rally and highlight achievements of the Narendra Modi government. This would be the second bandh against what is being described by the people of Jammu as "anti-BJP". Jammu observed first bandh against the BJP on April 24, which was a massive affair.
