Kupwara shuts against blasphemous sketches 1/23/2015 9:08:27 PM Early Times Report Kupwara /Handwara, Jan 23 : The frontier district Kupwara and other towns as well is observing a complete shutdown Friday to protest against the blasphemous sketches re-published recently in a French Magazine, Charlie Hebdo . the shutdown call has been given by all the separatist leaders including Yasin Malik, SA Geelani and Shabir Shah. All the shops and business establishment are closed while as traffic is off the roads. Authorities have erected barricades in and around civil lines area to prevent people from coming on roads.
