Disease Management technology delivered in on farm school 1/23/2015 10:18:07 PM Early Times Report Jammu, Jan 23: Third one day training programme was organized in On Farm School at Village Jerda, Block Ramgarh, District Samba under National Mission onAgricultural Extension and Technology. On this occasion Project Director ATMA V. K. Bhushan aware the farmers regarding activities of the ATMA Programme in the District and advised the farmers to interact with the experts of the On Farm School regarding their field problems during the training programme. Dy. Project Director (ATMA) Ashok Gupta sensitize farmers regarding pest infestation in their crops and role of Bio Control agents to maintain the pest infestation below the economic thresh hold level (ETL). Scientist from SKAUST (J) Dr Sonika Jamwal, Horticulture Development Officer Vijaypur Sureshta Gaur spoke on the occasion. Assistant Technical Manager (ATMA) Parshotam Sharma alongwith Jr. Agriculture Extension Officer Yash Pal remain present in the training programme. At the end of the training programme Sarpanch Sardar Mohan Singh Bhatti thanks the experts of the On Farm School for delivering fruitful technical message during the training programme.
