Samba, Jan 23 : Police today arrested one bovine smuggler involved in animal theft and evading his arrest in case under FIR No. 105/2015 U/S 379 RPC of Police Station Samba.
According to police spokesperson, a police team of Police Post Rakhambtali headed by Inspector Mohinder Pal, Incharge P/P Rakhambtali under the supervision of Anil Magotra, SSP Samba and Vijay Pal Singh, Dy SP (HQ) Samba today arrested the accused identified Mohd Rashid s/o Murid Bakshi r/o ManoharGopala for his involved in animal theft case. "The accused person is a bovine smuggler and on 22/06/2014, he stolen 02 buffaloes from the fields of one Harnam Singh Choudhary R/O Bain Glad Samba, police said.
Police further said a case under FIR No 105/2015 U/S 379 RPC of Police Station Samba, stands registered against accused and manhunt was launched to arrest him but he continuously evades his arrest. |
