Training programme for industrialists organized 3/13/2015 11:51:30 PM Early Times Report Jammu, Mar 13: A training program for the Industrialists with the support of Bureau of Indian Standards, Chandigarh was conducted at BBIA Bhawan. According to press release, Annil Suri, President, BBIA was Chief Guest. Welcoming members of Industrial fraternity, A.K. Saini Dy. Director General North, Bureau of Indian Standards highlighted the various Schemes for Industrial Sector & requested the members present to obtain BIS Mark to produce quality products. A Power Point presentation was also given by H.S. Pasricha of Bureau of Indian Standards about the various schemes for registration under BIS. Annil Suri in his presidential remarks appreciated the steps taken by Director Bureau of Indian Standards by organising first such event for the Industrial Fraternity of Jammu & also conveyed his thanks to the official of BIS for highlighting the various standards being adopt by the Unit Holders for taking the BIS Mark. Suri also requested the Dy.
