AC Drugs suspends license of drug store for 3 days 3/14/2015 12:04:49 AM KATHUA, Mar 13 : A team headed by Assistant Controller (AC) Drugs Kathua, Munish Kumar Gupta during the inspection of Drug sale premises of District Kathua observed that M/S Health Care Medicos, District Hospital Kathua bearing License No. Kathua /R/384-85 has contravened the provisions of Drugs and Cosmetics Act 1940 and rules there under. In lieu of that the licensing authority has suspended the operation of the licenses of the firm w.e.f 14-03-2015 to 16-03-2015 The Assistant Controller Drugs, Kathua Licensing authority has impressed upon all the trade members to comply the provisions of Drugs and Cosmetics Act 1940 and rules there under adding that the offenders would be dealt sternly.
