CAPD constitutes special flying squads for market checks 3/14/2015 12:05:00 AM Early Times Report JAMMU, Mar 13 : In order to keep a close vigil on hoarding, profiteering and black marketing of essential commodities and to prevent unscrupulous trading practices, Special Flying Squads have been constituted by the Consumer Affairs and Public Distribution Department (CAPD) which shall work under the supervision of the concerned Deputy Commissioners. The squad comprising of Assistant Director CAPD, Tehsildar, Assistant Controller Legal Metrology, Station House Officer (SHO) and representatives from prominent NGOs will ensure enforcement of rates, overall control, and regulation of supply and availability of essential commodities.   Share This News with Your Friends on Social Network     Comment on this Story
