TCE accords warm farewell to employee 4/8/2015 12:52:34 AM Early Times Report Jammu, Apr 7 : Trikuta College of Education (TCE), accorded a warm farewell to Section Officer Bikram Singh whose services attained superannuation here today. Chairman Sain Charitable Trust, Dr Roop Lal Sharma attended the occasion as special invitee in which faculty members and students participated. Speaking on the occasion the faculty members appreciated the services of the outgoing officer while recalling their association with him.
