Jammu, June 13 : Annual Summer camp 'Thanda-Thanda Cool - Cool -2015' commenced at JK Montessorie Senior Secondary School here today.
According to press release, the summer camp was organized under the supervision of Academic Director, Rajni Gupta, Vice Principal Geeta Dixit , Co-ordinator Vandana Gupta, Choreographer Smile, Co-curricular Incharge Kamaljeet Kour & Art teacher Sanjay Kotwal .
On this occasion, plethora of activities is being organized for the participants. The main motive of the camp is to enhance hidden abilities of the campers and develop the team spirit among them.
The camp is divided into three groups, classes UKG to IInd in Group -I, classes III to VII in Group -II. Special features of the camp include activities like aerobics with Zumba, yoga, water Play music, dance, life skills and cookery.
On the day one, treasure hunt was the big hit amongst the campers. The campers were divided into groups and various clues were given to them according to which they had to reach to the final destination. The winner groups from each age categories won the prizes.
The participants of cookery activity will learn to prepare welcome drinks, different type of shakes and authentic kahwa. Art & craft group will learn the skills of making envelops and their creative designing.
