Early Times Report Jammu, June 13: In a colourful event here today, the Somany Ceramics hosted the Architects Symposium 2015. The symposium was conceptualized following the recent urban development in the Jammu region. Leading architects and real estate entrepreneurs of India graced the event with their presence. Abhishek Somany, Joint Managing Director, Somany Ceramics Ltd, welcoming the intellectual audience, shared his insightful and experiential thoughts on the contemporary architecture and how a growing nation like India requires planned and sustainable development which is in consonance with its rich heritage. The guest speaker of the evening, Architect Siddharth Talwar, Studio Lotus, New Delhi, enlightened the audience on innovative structural plans and their importance towards building modern cities. The evening encompassed the enlightening thoughts and insights from the esteemed speakers on topics specific to their field of excellence. Adding further about the programme, the well-experienced speakers elaborated on the intricacies of building an urban city which is on its rapid pace of development.
