Samba, June 13: A meeting of the Plus 2 PSC Lecturers' Organisation of district Samba was held here today under the aegis of Central Working Committee (CWC) Jammu province in which the adhoc district body of Samba was framed after threadbare discussion on core issues.
In this meeting the PSC lecturers of Samba unanimously nominated Dr Sanjay Arora as District President, Dr Pallavi Jamwal as Vice President , Ram Rattan Sharma as General Secretary, Harpal Singh as Chief Orgniser, Sumit Sawhney as Cashier and Vivek Jandial as Press Secretary. In addition Garo Devi and Sushila Devi were nominated as Coordinators ladies wing, while Swaran Singh, Devinder Singh Samyal, Sanjay Kumar and Ershad were nominated as Coordinators for the different zones of Samba district.
The district body members vowed to unite the whole PSC cadre of Samba to ensure justice repeatedly denied to them at the behest of vested interests. They also asserted to highlight the malpractices going on in the system which have a degrading impact on the quality of school education. The PSC lecturers of Samba appreciated and extended full support to the CWC Jammu for its future ventures. The CWC members who attended the meeting included Manjit Singh Chib, Ajay Singh Baloria, Sandeep Sharma, Ranjit Singh Manhas, Paramjit Singh, DD Singh, Rakesh Chooudhary and others. |
